Delivery & Assembly

All products are delivered flat-packed and free of charge. Assembly is required upon delivery. Professional installation is available at an additional cost — please enquire with our sales team for a quote.

Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and do not constitute a contractual obligation. While we and our courier partners always strive to deliver on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

Outlying & Remote Areas

Please note that courier services to outlying and remote areas may only operate on certain days of the week. We will keep you informed throughout the delivery process so you know exactly when to expect your order.

Delivery Address

All items are dispatched via courier and require a valid street address for delivery. If your order includes installation, alternative arrangements may apply.

Inspecting Your Delivery — Important

When your order arrives, please do the following before signing:

- Count your boxes — check that the number of boxes received matches the number listed on the carrier's delivery note.

- Inspect the packaging — check for any visible damage to the outer packaging.

- Note any discrepancies — if the box count is incorrect or packaging is damaged, note this clearly on the delivery note next to your signature, and cross out any pre-printed "delivered in good condition" text.

⚠️ By signing the delivery note without any noted discrepancies, you confirm that you have received the complete order in good condition. Revel Saunas (Pty) Ltd and the courier cannot be held liable for short deliveries or packaging damage that was not recorded at the time of delivery.

Reporting Issues

- Any short deliveries must be reported to Revel Saunas (Pty) Ltd within 24 hours of signing.

- Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of receiving and accepting the goods.

- Complaints regarding the condition or quantity of goods should be directed to us at accounts@revelsaunas.co.za
