Purchasing

All orders must be paid in full before they are shipped or ordered from our supplier — this includes back-ordered items. Full payment on back orders allows us to allocate incoming stock to your order. If you'd prefer not to pay upfront for a back-ordered item, we can hold the reservation for you, however we cannot guarantee stock availability when it arrives.

Please note that a valid email address and contact number are required to process any order.

Ways to Order

Online — place your order directly at www.revelsaunas.co.za

Telephone, Email or WhatsApp — speak to one of our product experts who will prepare a quote for you. Your order will be processed once the quote is accepted and payment received.

In-Store — visit us at our Johannesburg or Gqeberha stores.

Payments

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and direct bank transfer (EFT). Bank details are available on request.

Online card payments are processed securely through DPO PayGate (Pty) Ltd, an approved payment gateway for all South African acquiring banks. Transactions are protected using SSL3 encryption — the highest standard available — and no card details are stored on our website. For more information on their security practices, visit www.paygate.co.za.

Your personal details are stored separately from your card information, which is entered directly on DPO PayGate's secure platform. All transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).

Revel Saunas takes full responsibility for all aspects of each transaction, including the sale of goods, customer support, dispute resolution, and delivery.

Delivery & Installation

Orders are processed within 5 business days of payment being received and confirmed, subject to stock availability. Delivery details will be confirmed via email.

All products are delivered flat-packed and will require self-assembly. Professional installation is available at an additional cost.

National delivery is included in all product prices.

Small items may be delivered to a PO Box via postal service. All other items are sent via courier and require a valid street address.

Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of receiving and accepting your goods.

Any complaints regarding the condition or quantity of goods received must be directed to Revel Saunas promptly.

Warranty

All products carry a minimum one-year manufacturer's warranty covering parts and labour. Extended warranties, where applicable, are noted on the individual product pages.

Please note the following:

Customers in outlying or remote areas (outside of Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, Durban, and Bloemfontein) are covered on a parts-only basis. Faulty goods will need to be delivered to one of the major centres listed above for assessment and repair.

Repairs within the first year of cover are carried out at no charge, provided the fault was not caused by misuse or abuse. Where misuse is found, a repair estimate will be provided for your approval before any work is carried out.

For most products, warranty faults and service issues should be logged directly with the manufacturer or supplier. Please contact us for the relevant contact details.

General

Revel Saunas is a South African importer and retailer of saunas, ice baths, and recovery products.

Prices are subject to change in line with international exchange rates. We recommend consulting your doctor before using any of our products.
